Q: Hi Cross, tell us about Cross Fitness Nutrition and what inspired you to start your business?
Cross Fitness Nutrition is a sports nutrition company based in Lagos, Nigeria. What inspired me to start the Cross Fitness Nutrition brand? Honestly, I like to inspire people and I love helping people meet their fitness goals through exercise and also, quality nutrition products.
Q: What is your favorite tool/app for running your business?
