Global payments and Virtual cards have just gone live on Prospa web and we’re excited to provide our members with more channels to pay and get paid.

Virtual cards and global payments are currently available only on web.

Here’s what you can do with Virtual card:

• Add Funds – Easily fund your virtual card from your Naira account, and the amount is automatically converted to dollars, enabling seamless transactions in USD.
  
• View card details – View your virtual card details, including card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Make online payments and transactions in USD for international purchases.
  
• Lock/Freeze – Secure your virtual card by locking or freezing it to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  
• Create and Issue cards to team members – Create and issue virtual cards for team members as needed. Manage their access and set spending limits for efficient expense tracking.

How to access virtual cards:

• Log in to your Prospa account on web
• Navigate to “Cards” on the navigation menu bar
• Click the “Request Card” button
• Select “Virtual Card”
• Assign the card to existing team members or add new ones
• Pay for your card

How to access global payments (Outbound payments):

• Log in to your Prospa account on web
• Navigate to “Payments” on the navigation menu bar
• Select “Send Money Globally” 
• Select payment method
• Insert amount you want to send 
• Enter beneficiary details
• Send funds!

How to access global payments (Inbound payments): 

• Log in to your Prospa account on web
• Navigate to “Payments” on the navigation menu bar
• Select “Request Money Globally”
• Create Payment Link
• Share payment link with the recipient 
• Get paid!
