Is Prospa Powerbase an accelerator program?

Prospa Powerbase is NOT an accelerator, there are many awesome accelerators out there, both local and international, we have direct relationships with many of them and can make introductions if you need one.

Do you take equity in businesses?

We do not offer advice or resources in exchange for equity or some sort of stake in your business, as long as you are an eligible Prospa member, Prospa Powerbase can support you. 

What is the eligibility criteria?

Access to Prospa Powerbase events, rewards and network is on a first come, first serve basis, we pick new companies to join on a monthly rolling basis the only criteria is that

• You must be an existing Prospa member

• Raised less than ₦1BN in funding 

• Post revenue e.g your company makes money 

• Able to commit to participation 

• Must be on the Powerbase subscription 

 

How can Prospa Powerbase support my business? 

Network

• Find customers – Prospa has over 100k registered businesses and freelancers 

• Find investors – We’re opening our network of investors to you, to pitch for funding 

• Find vendors – Need a supplier for a specific product, we probably have them in our network and we’ll connect you 

 

Resources 

• Access rewards from partners – including Facebook, Hubspot, and hundreds of others

• Access exclusive rewards – and rebates on Prospa from global payments to investment accounts 

• Access debt funding – up to ₦50,000,000 for eligible businesses 

• Access templates & files – Fundraising pitch deck template and investor databases
